Château Les Grands Maréchaux 2017

Aged for 12 months, 25% in cement vats, 75% in barrels (1/3 new, 1/3 of one wine, 1/3 of two wines), it is characterized by its aromas of ripe fruit and blackcurrant liqueur, with floral notes (peony and old rose). Racy, balanced and fleshy, it gives even more after 7 years of ageing, enriching itself with delicious aromas of truffles.

“Initially very tannic, the first nose reveals fine blackberry aromas and fresh acidity. It is a very generous wine, the woody notes give this tannic and spicy side while the delicious fruit aromas offer a delicate roundness.”

THE TEAM OF THE DOMAIN

Fresh, acidulous and greedy nose. Pleasant mouth, dynamic and long with a light structure and freshness on the finish.
