Cuvée Viva 2011

Aged for 12 months, 25% in cement vats, 75% in barrels (1/3 new, 1/3 of one wine, 1/3 of two wines), it is characterized by its aromas of ripe fruit and blackcurrant liqueur, with floral notes (peony and old rose). Racy, balanced and fleshy, it gives even more after 7 years of ageing, enriching itself with delicious aromas of truffles.

Nose dominated by truffles, yellow fruits and white pepper. Juicy and suave attack, pure happiness from the beginning to the end.
