Cuvée Viva 2015

Aged for 12 months, 25% in cement vats, 75% in barrels (1/3 new, 1/3 of one wine, 1/3 of two wines), it is characterized by its aromas of ripe fruit and blackcurrant liqueur, with floral notes (peony and old rose). Racy, balanced and fleshy, it gives even more after 7 years of ageing, enriching itself with delicious aromas of truffles.

“It is a very dense and direct wine. I really like this wine because of its freshness. You can find notes of cherry and blackcurrant with a touch of wood in the background and a very good density.” Andreas Larson.

The team of the domain

Roasted and spicy nose with hints of lemongrass. Full of sunshine and ripe fruit, the wine is surprisingly straightforward and fresh. It will ideally accompany oriental cuisine.
